Villa F – Reduction as Invitation
Villa F, a signature project by Egetemeier Interior Design, reflects the tension between restraint and sensuality. Between monolithic clarity and artisanal detail emerges an interior that feels pared back yet rich in character. Architecture, furniture and materials converge into a stage for timeless living in Europe.

Minimalism with Atmosphere
In Villa F, minimalism is a deliberate choice rather than a renunciation. Deep black walls contrast with off-white and cream surfaces, radiating calm rather than severity. Natural elements – wood, lime and stone – soften the palette.
Accents of brass, in both polished and textured finishes, add a subtle glow and break the rigour of the composition. Textiles such as linen and woven rugs lend warmth and tactility. Every detail is intentionally placed, ensuring a setting that is reduced yet sensuous – interior design that feels both restrained and inviting.

Architectural Sculpture – The Staircase
The staircase functions as sculpture as much as circulation. With clean lines and monolithic presence, it connects the levels and choreographs movement through the villa. Straight geometries meet flowing transitions, turning architecture into lived experience. Reduced yet poetic, it is a sculptural gesture within the monochrome concept.

Living, Lounge & Dining – Spaces of Connection
The open-plan design of Villa F turns living, lounge and dining into a seamless continuum. These generous spaces encourage connection while preserving intimacy. Dark walls add depth; pale upholstery introduces softness and balance.
Generously proportioned furniture invites rest, while the dining area becomes a curated stage for conversation and shared meals. At its centre: a distinctive wooden table, crafted with artisanal precision, its grain alive with natural expression. The result is an atmosphere of exclusive interior design – where clarity meets warmth.

The Kitchen – Monolithic Heartpiece
The kitchen is both functional core and sculptural design object. Dark timber with organic edges meets a pale stone surface, combining strength with elegance.
The geometry feels pure and contemporary, while the warmth of natural materials creates an inviting atmosphere. Expert craftsmanship and careful planning shape a space that is at once practical, refined and enduring – a timeless centrepiece of European interior design.

Sleep & Dream – Serenity in Simplicity
The bedroom translates reduction into calm. Soft whites and greys open the space, while darker accents anchor it. Linen and cotton offer texture and warmth; glass-front wardrobes create subtle contrast.
The bed, with its sculptural silhouette, becomes the centrepiece – comfortable, refined, enduring. Nothing is superfluous, every detail intentional. A minimalist yet elegant retreat, designed for rest and renewal.

Work with Clarity
The study is defined by focus and simplicity. Surfaces in steel and dark timber create a reduced stage, enriched by sculptural details. Minimal yet grounded in natural materials, it provides structure while nurturing creativity – a workspace designed for clarity of thought.

Wellness & Spa – Quiet Refinement
In the spa, reduction becomes retreat. Stone, timber and softly muted light compose a sanctuary of stillness. Water reflects light and shadow, while marble with expressive veining adds both depth and softness.
Generously scaled furnishings act as sculptural anchors, uniting comfort with elegance. Here, refinement is quiet – found in clarity, space and a sense of renewal. Wellbeing shaped by timeless design.
