Gemeinsam entstehen erste Moodboards als visuelle Grundlage für Stimmung und Stil. Bereits hier wird an Alltagssituationen, Raumfunktionen und Vorlieben gedacht. - Welche Schritte umfasst der Planungsprozess?
Auf die Beratung folgen mehrere klar definierte Phasen. Im Schritt Konzept und Planung entsteht ein Interiorkonzept mit Grundrissstudien, architektonischen Überlegungen und einer klaren Raumidee. In der Ausarbeitung und Freigabe werden Ausführungspläne erstellt, Materialien und Oberflächen bemustert sowie Möblierung und Details abgestimmt. Danach erfolgt die Umsetzung mit Projektsteuerung, bei der alle Gewerke koordiniert werden. Den Abschluss bilden Möblierung und Feinschliff sowie die Übergabe mit weiterer Betreuung.

Ja, 3D Visualisierungen und haptische Materialcollagen sind ein wesentlicher Bestandteil der Planung. Sie machen die zukünftigen Räume schon während des Prozesses erlebbar und helfen, Proportionen, Lichtstimmungen und Materialkombinationen sicher zu beurteilen. So entsteht ein greifbares Bild der späteren Räume, bevor die Umsetzung beginnt.
- Für welche Arten von Räumen plant Egetemeier Interior Design Konzepte?
Egetemeier entwickelt maßgeschneiderte Raumkonzepte für private und öffentliche Räume. Dazu zählen etwa Wohnungen, Ein- und Mehrfamilienhäuser, Villen und Penthouses ebenso wie ausgewählte Hospitality oder Gastronomieprojekte, bei denen Innenarchitektur und Atmosphäre eine zentrale Rolle spielen.
- Begleitet Egetemeier auch nach der Übergabe des Projekts?
Absolut. Die Zusammenarbeit endet nicht mit der Schlüsselübergabe. Nach dem letzten Feinschliff werden die Räume bezugsfertig übergeben und bei Wunsch mit finalem Styling ausgestattet. Darüber hinaus bieten wir eine weitere Begleitung an, zum Beispiel durch Pflegehinweise, ergänzende Anpassungen oder eine langfristige Betreuung. Ziel ist ein Interior Konzept, das nicht nur kurzfristig beeindruckt, sondern dauerhaft stimmig bleibt.
