Egetemeier Wohnkultur was commissioned to design the interiors of a modern villa in Ibiza. This light-filled dream home is perched in a prime location on a hill, offering unforgettable views of the sparkling sea and the nearby island of Formentera. The clean-lined architecture stretches across four terraced levels, elegantly cascading down a high plateau. Floor-to-ceiling Skyframe glazing along the sea-facing side opens completely, seamlessly merging terraces, infinity pool, and interior spaces.
CUSTOM PIECES FOR EXCEPTIONAL DESIGN
A pale sandstone surface flows across all levels, while a vertical shaft and the elongated kitchen island are clad in Calacatta marble. An ancient olive tree stands as a sculptural centerpiece within a glass-walled atrium in the living area. The impressive entrance door is finished in untreated brass.

A DINING TABLE AS THE HEART OF THE HOME
The textile concept blends aqua and turquoise hues with powdery velvets. The custom dining table features a handcrafted brass frame that supports a 4.5-meter-long walnut top.
FINEST DESIGN: MINOTTI, DEDAR, AND HENGE
In addition to in-house furniture designs, Minotti sofas from the Hamilton and Hamilton Island collections were chosen, complemented by Gio Ponti’s D.153.1 armchairs from 1953, reupholstered in patterned Dedar fabrics. The unique walnut and brass dining table was developed and produced in collaboration with Henge in Italy.
OUTDOOR DELUXE
On the outdoor terrace, a monolithic kauri wood table is surrounded by handwoven chairs by Paola Lenti. Sun loungers by Barcelona-based Kettal were given a custom bronze lacquer finish.
